As a Procurement Principal Tech in Delft you will be acting as the main Procurement Business Partner to our CTO and his team. You will take ownership of negotiating with our (potential) suppliers, the contract renewals within your scope, have recurring meetings with your stakeholders to discuss the current and future procurement activities, and you act on ad-hoc requests. As the Procurement team is growing, and policies at Exact are becoming more and more important, you also need to be able to inform your internal customers on the policies and processes.

Our HQ’s is in Delft and we have a hybrid way of working. The Procurement team is managing the P2P process for Exact entities worldwide and has 4 nationalities.
In your role as Procurement Principal Tech, your responsibilities within your Procurement domain are a.o.:
- Coordinate procurement activities, focusing on creating added value through cost avoidance and P&L savings, as well as managing contract approvals.
- Lead the procurement process to identify and select the most suitable suppliers and achieve cost savings.
- Make sure contract renewals are negotiated in time and fact based.
- To manage and optimize the Tech supplier database.
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards and best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Finding new collaborative opportunities with our suppliers.
- Support and engage in supplier relationship management and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with the team for Continuous Improvement of our global processes and policies.
- Contribute to sustainability and vendor diversity initiatives.
- Use and develop further our business intelligence applications in Microsoft Power BI
