As a Facility Management Specialist, you are responsible for managing facility-related projects ensuring an optimal and future-proof working environment. Your main goal is to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, from office relocations, redesigns and workplace optimization to process improvements and sustainability initiatives. You ensure smooth execution while keeping operational continuity in mind. Additionally, you provide strategic advice on improvements, develop project plans, and execute them together with the team and stakeholders. We are looking for someone with knowhow of facility management, some experience in project management and the ability to adapt and learn quickly.

- Take the lead within facility management.
- Embraces change while ensuring workplace continuity.
- Oversees and optimizes office spaces and facility processes.
- Continuously looks for improvements to increase efficiency, including automation.
- Wants to be part of initiatives such as workplace strategy, sustainability programs, and smart building solutions.
- Ensures compliance with facility and safety regulations.

- A good communicator, both written and verbal (Dutch & English). Can effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Understanding of workplace management, facility operations, and process optimization.
- Knowledge of sustainability standards, workplace technology, (smart) building and safety regulations is preferable
- Ability to work well in a team environment while also being capable of working independently.
- Independent thinking and good judgment are necessary to respond to challenges appropriately.
- Good stakeholder management skills
