As a technical writer in the Product Learning & Enablement (PL&E) team, you have a passion for developing user-friendly content for our customers. You ensure that they become fully familiar with our software and understand all its benefits. You achieve this by working closely together with subject matter experts and your PL&E colleagues.
Your main tasks are:
- Writing customer-facing content such as documents, In Product Messages (IPMs), emails, release notes, FAQs, UI terminology and more.
- Measuring whether our content has helped our customers. Isn't it good enough? Then we iterate and ensure that the content is improved.
- Innovate how we create content to improve internal processes and new ways of offering content

The Product Learning & Enablement team is a close-knit team consisting of PO’s, technical writers, translators, instructional designers, learning specialists and leads. We are passionate about creating high quality content for our customers to make their lives easier. Over the past ten years we have developed a lot of content and have learned a lot about what works well and what doesn't. We therefore continuously investigate whether the way we transfer product knowledge still answers the information needs of our customers.
We are known for our customer focus, creative ideas and smooth collaboration. Asking for help when necessary and offering help when possible is in our DNA.
We work with SCRUM to plan and prioritize our work. Our source language is English, and our translators translate our content into Dutch, Flemish and French.

- Bachelor’s degree
- You have a passion for and experience with creating instructional content that helps our customers
- You have experience working in a dynamic environment where change is the norm
- You have a clear insight into how users use software and how software processes work, so that you can translate this into helpful content
- You are curious and challenge the team to ensure that we achieve the best results
- You are business fluent in English and at minimum fluent in Dutch
