From January 1, 2025, the rates for Exact products will be adjusted. On this page you will find an overview of the new rates.

    Adjustments rates add-ons

    Do you also use add-ons? Then the following rate adjustments apply from the first invoice date in January 2025:

    • Subscription Management: The price for your subscription management will be €57,00;
    • CRM for Accounting: The price for CRM will be € 110,00. The price for an extra dossier will be € 1.40;
    • Time & Billing for Accounting: The price for Time & Billing will be € 99,00;
    • Archived companies for [MyFirm]: The price for archived companies will be € 1,50;
    • Client users [MyFirm]: The price for client users will be € 3,75;
    • Practice Administration company: The price per Practice Administration company administration will be € 22,00;
    • Practice Management: The price for Practice Management becomes € 58,00.
    • Accountancy Tools: The price for accountancy tools will be € 74,00;
    • Exact Online Separate database: The new price will be € 885,00;
    • Exact Online Single Sign On (SSO) - 250 users: The new price will be € 240,00;
    • Exact Online Single Sign On (SSO) - 500 users: The new price will be € 289,00.
    • Exact Online Single Sign On (SSO) - More than 500 users: The new price will be € 855,00;
