Lotte de Burlet has been appointed Exact's Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and a member of the Executive Committee per January 2025. She joined Exact in January 2023 as Director HR Advisory, responsible for the development of the HR Business Partners at Exact and co-responsible for the further professionalisation of HR. Previously, Lotte held senior Human Resources positions at ING.

Lotte is a purpose driven and committed experienced HR professional. She loves to deliver on business strategy while creating a positive impact for the people in the organisation. Lotte builds a leadership style that drives engagement of the workforce. “Innovation is key. At Exact, we continuously work on this, not only for our customers, but also for colleagues. So that they can continue to grow.”

After her Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics and Law at The Hague University of Applied Sciences, Lotte also gained her Master degree in Business Administration, Master Change and Implementation Management.
