EInvoicing framework for Italy - January update

As announced in the earlier post after 1 January 2019, all domestic invoices issued by permanently established organizations in Italy must be compliant with the new e-invoicing framework.

Improvements in the solution

As a follow on from the previously shared update about the solution availability in Exact Globe, after our service pack update on the 3^rd December a number of Italian customers actively participated in this release.  In the past few weeks customers have shared their very valuable feedback for the quality of our solution. Based on this feedback we were able to identify and prioritize a number of relevant, critical issues. It has resulted in fixes, such as adding some previously missing elements and improving in the solution compliance and its usability.

XML FatturaPA Invoices are generated automatically after the invoice is successfully printed and processed. It is also possible to regenerate e-invoices from the invoice history. You can pick them up and submit it via the official SDI portal, via the access point or by sending e-invoices via the Certified mailbox (PEC). The functionality is straight-forward and is easy to use.

When will the improved solution be available in Exact Globe?

The changes are being put forward for the next service packs releases.  417SP2 due 4^th January 2019 and 416SP10 due the 7^th January 2019 in which you will find significant and relevant enhancements to our solution.
