Recent changes for the NAV Online Invoicing System in Hungary

In this blog post we emphasize a number of important changes to the existing functionality. Please read the release notes below carefully.

Release notes

As from service pack updates 416SP14 and 417SP6 version 1.1 for NAV online invoicing system is available. In these service packs we have introduced some significant changes for the NAV solution:

• Synchronization of due date between invoice data and extra data available
• Validation of VAT number for invoice debtors available
• Exchange rates improved for invoices
• Automatic upload, refresh, and resend available for NAV submission invoices

Controlled Release

In the first half of April we have initiated a small controlled release by involving a few customers. During some intense tests a number of points of improvements were reported and resolved. In a mean time Exact issues two consecutive Exact Globe service packs whereby all reported improvements are addressed: April 12: 416SP15, 417SP7 and April 22: 416SP16, 417SP8 and May 6: 416SP17, 417SP9. We strongly recommend to update Exact Globe to product update 416SP17 or 417SP9.

Important

Keep in mind that if you use Exact Globe with the Hungarian legislation, you must ultimately update to these service packs for product update 417 or 416 by the end of April 2019. These changes will not be made available in older product updates or service packs.
