Winter '23 Release: New options in Exact Purchase to Pay

Exact is constantly innovating so that you can always get the most out of your Exact software. The Winter '23 Release once again brings many innovations and improvements to Exact Purchase to Pay.  

Dashboard functionality  

First of all, we have added a dashboard functionality. It is possible to create a dashboard with different widgets for each module. The widget functionality gives you a quick insight into your outstanding tasks and the information that is relevant to you. You can also use a widget to navigate directly to the relevant page to perform an action. This makes Exact Purchase to Pay even easier to use.  

Contract module 

The contract module's backend has been completely rewritten. This offers many opportunities for future innovations. That's how we make sure you can continue to rely on Exact in the future. The contract creation wizard has also been improved to save time and improve the user experience even more. This means Exact Purchase to Pay now enables you to work even more efficiently.  

Staffing module 

The staffing module is now fully integrated into Exact Purchase to Pay. This module has also been completely rewritten and fully updated with many extra options. From now on, external colleagues can perform time tracking, approve hours worked and link invoices automatically. And because the module has been completely rewritten, we can develop far more functionalities in the future.
