My latest career move saw me growing from Project Manager to Manager HR Operations, simply because I’d responded to an internal vacancy. Never stop learning
“Exact is a big company. When you take on a different role, even one within the the same organisation, you have to be able to adapt. Switching to HR definitely had its challenges: working with people is notably different than working with software after all. It’s those kind of challenges that make me want to work at Exact though. It keeps things interesting and allows me to keep on learning new things, 11 years and counting!”
