Your Role as Inside Sales Team Lead: 

  • Hit Sales Targets: Drive your team to meet and exceed sales quotas. 
  • Mentor and Train: Develop and empower your sales reps to achieve their best. 
  • Recruit and Onboard: Attract and integrate top sales talent into the team. 
  • Sales Forecasting: Create accurate sales forecasts to guide strategy. 
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze data to improve performance and results. 
  • Strategy Implementation: Design and implement a scalable and effective sales strategy. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously refine and enhance sales processes.

At Exact, we're excited to see what makes you unique. As a Inside Sales Manager, you'll inspire and motivate your team while driving results. We're looking for: 

  • Qualified and Experienced: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a sales manager role, preferably in the software industry, and a deep understanding of sales cycles. 
  • Motivational Leader and Team Player: A natural at bringing out the best in people and thriving in a collaborative environment. 
  • Leadership Skills: Capable of motivating, coaching, and supporting a sales team of around 6 FTE. 
  • Market Insight: Proficient in analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive products. 
  • Goal-Driven: Skilled in achieving budget goals and making necessary adjustments. 
  • Bilingual: Fluent in Dutch and French, both verbally and in writing.
  • Passionate and Persuasive Advocate: Eager to promote our software to everyone you know, with a creative and determined approach to succeed.
