As an instructional Designer, you’ll be designing learning experiences for our customers, colleagues and partners. You investigate the specific needs of each target audience and create suitable solutions for all. You make the most out of the wide variety of existing resources, create new content when needed and focus on making an impact on business results. And that's not all. We can rely on you as an Instructional Designer to:

You will join the 38 colleagues in the Product Learning & Enablement (“PL&E”) team. They are known for their customer centricity and smooth cooperation. Asking for help if necessary and offering help if possible is part of their DNA. PL&E are an international and diverse team, made up of writers, instructional designers, translators, product owners, learning specialists and leads. The team’s a mixture of different expertises and skills, collaborating to achieve great results. The main responsibilities of the team are: 

  • Creating knowledge base content for customers in several countries and languages.
  • Product learning for colleagues and partners.
  • L&D for the Customer Success department.
