Billing Professional

You fulfill a broad operational role, in which you as part of the contract management team are responsible for contract management (orders and cancellations processing), customer master data and the allocation of incoming payments of different Exact companies.

You have direct contact and will work together with the Sr Order Admin team, helping them with the administrative processes and requests. You will also have contact with the Sales Support team and the Collections team.

You are working in the Order Administration team for different Exact companies, such as Exact MKB Software B.V. (Software Gemak and Accountancy Gemak products), Horeko B.V. (Hospitality software) and Gripp B.V. (Project management software). Currently the Order Administration is done by a team of 6 people of which three are located in the Netherlands (Utrecht/Delft), and three are located in Malaysia.

• MBO- level 4 education, preferably in Business Administration
• Fluent in Dutch and good in English
• A strong communicator
• Experience in Finance and Accounting
• Like to be challenged by complex issues and manage exceptions
• Show initiative, client focused
• Embrace change
• Able to work under pressure and set priorities
• Have a good command of MS Excel
