My role is to act as the link between users and the technical teams in charge of developing the systems. All our information was spread across different sources, which made it very difficult to find the right information. On top of that, figuring out local laws and regulations for each country was very time-consuming.
What challenges did TRIGO and specifically the financial administration run into before using Exact?
"We grew both organically and through acquisitions, which brought the complexity of a big group and the means of a smaller one. We had to deal with a lot of different back-office tools. All our information was spread across different sources, which made it very difficult to find the right information. On top of that, figuring out local laws and regulations for each country was very time-consuming."
