Within Exact we host a wide cultural diversity with colleagues from a variety of backgrounds, race, gender, age or religion. Exact feels strongly about the need to embrace that diversity and ensure Exact is a great place for everyone to work. All are welcome here.

Our approach is all about reinforcing respect for diversity and raising awareness, within the framework of the cultural norms expected of us in the countries in which we operate.

We are proud to support our lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) staff, promoting equality for employees regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity. This year we are publicly demonstrating our corporate support by flying the flag for Pride and showing a large Pride flag outside our HQ in Delft, located next to the A13 during Amsterdam Gay Pride weeks from 24 July till 6 August 2018.
