Exact Online is a cloud-based accounting platform that helps companies efficiently manage their financial administration. With Exact Online, businesses can track their accounting records, including recording purchases and sales, filing VAT returns, and managing asset accounting. It also allows for time tracking. The software features integrated bank connections that automatically import transactions and facilitate payments, ensuring financial data stays up to date. Manual transaction entry and payment execution are also supported. Additionally, Exact Online provides accounts receivable management, with features such as automatic payment reminders. The platform supports automatic reconciliation and generates booking suggestions. Exact Online also enables invoice collection via direct debit, compliant with SEPA standards. For document management, the software provides storage, ensuring files are protected and accessible only to authorized individuals. Approval workflows for incoming invoices allow businesses to maintain thorough oversight at every step.

Exact Cloud Services (ECS) offers companies Exact software as a service from the cloud. Exact Globe+, Exact Synergy and Exact Financials used to run mainly as on-premise client-server products for customers in a server room or data center. ECS allows companies to purchase these products as a service, with the software running in an Exact environment. Companies then work from their own office environment or any other location via a secure connection to the software in this Exact Cloud environment. Although Exact Globe+, Exact Synergy and Exact Financials form the core of Exact Cloud Services, approximately 40 add-ons can also be purchased from the Exact ecosystem.

Exact Proquro is a cloud-based software solution that helps companies automate and optimize their purchasing process. Exact Proquro allows companies to efficiently manage their purchasing administration, from contract commitments to approving invoices. The software offers options for managing supplier contracts and order tracking, allowing companies to always have an up-to-date overview of their purchasing activities. Exact Proquro provides functionalities to submit purchase requisitions digitally and streamline approval processes. Exact Proquro is fully integrated with Exact's accounting solutions. Integration with external sources can be realized via APIs. For document management, Exact Proquro provides storage and access to procurement and contract documents, so that the documents can be only shared with authorized individuals. The software supports electronic invoicing, for example via Peppol. Exact Proquro's reporting capabilities allow companies to perform detailed analyses of their purchasing activities.

Exact Globe+ is an ERP solution that helps companies manage and optimize their financial and operational processes. The system offers a wide range of functionalities, including purchasing management, order registration, invoicing, production planning and inventory management. With multilingual and multicurrency support, Exact Globe+ is suitable for companies operating internationally. Exact Globe+ offers (extensive) reporting options with, for example, pivot analyses, giving companies better insight into their performance based on real-time data. Reports can be customized to the specific needs of the customer. In addition, Exact Globe+ integrates with other Exact solutions such as Exact Synergy. This integration allows an exchange of information between different departments and systems.

Exact Synergy is a process management platform that integrates with ERP systems such as Exact Globe+. It offers functionalities for document management, workflow management, project administration, customer relationship management (CRM) and HR management. Exact Synergy enables companies to automate their processes and to collaborate more efficiently. The platform allows employees to share information and collaborate on projects, leading to improved productivity and manage their business processes. Exact Synergy also supports mobile access, allowing employees to access important business information anywhere. Exact Synergy also provides capabilities for managing workflows and automating routine tasks. In addition, Exact Synergy allows companies to streamline their document management by centrally storing and managing all documents. The platform is flexible and scalable, making it suitable for both small and large organizations. Companies can adapt Exact Synergy to their specific needs and expand as they grow.

Exact Financials is a software solution that helps companies manage their financial processes efficiently. The solution is suitable for industries that have many administrations and transactions (with multiple dimensions). Exact Financials supports organizations that want to work centrally by maintaining master data and automation of processes across administrations, such as processing financial entries and reporting across administrations. Payments can be made and VAT returns can be created from the system. The general ledger, debtor and creditor management can be extensively automated. The accounting application connects with other industry or company-specific systems and can be integrated with other systems based on web services. Exact Financials offers freedom of choice because it runs on any IT infrastructure, database and operating system. Exact Financials is fully web-based. This allows users to quickly access the system via a browser.

In the table below you can find the LEI numbers of the different Exact entities. Your Exact agreement specifies which Exact entity provides the ICT services.

Via the DORA Status Page, you can subscribe to receive notifications in advance in case changes regarding the Service Locations will occur.

We will create a DORA Status Page which will be available before mid January 2025. This page allows customers to subscribe to notifications. By subscribing, you can receive DORA related updates by mail, such as changes in Service Locations and service levels.
