Florien de Nijs has been Exact's Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and a member of the Executive Committee since December 2019. Previously, she held senior Human Resources positions for many years, at KPMG, KPN and AMBN AMRO.

Florien is an enthusiastic, experienced HR professional and skilled at combining policies with the people they affect. Finding and developing people in tech and addressing diversity and inclusiveness are both high on her agenda. “A stimulating, inclusive corporate culture is essential to ensuring an enterprise’s lasting success,” says Florien. “Our company culture is based on six core values that form the starting point for what we do day in, day out. After her Bachelor’s degree in Business Communication from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, Florien also gained an MBA at Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
