Exact appoints Lotte de Burlet as new Chief Human Resources Officer
Delft, 19 December 2024 - Exact announces the appointment of Lotte de Burlet as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), leading Human Resources (HR) within Exact. With this appointment, Lotte becomes part of the Executive Committee led by Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Paul Ramakers.

Lotte joined Exact as Director HR Advisory in January 2023. In this role, she was responsible for the development of HR Business Partners at Exact and contributed to the further professionalisation of HR. Lotte succeeds Florien de Nijs, who has held the role of CHRO at Exact for the past five years and who has decided to leave Exact as of 1 January.

CEO Paul Ramakers on Lotte's appointment: ‘Over the past two years, Lotte has further developed the HR Business Partner function with her team and contributed to the further professionalisation of the HR function. Lotte listens well to the needs of the business, analyses what is happening in the world around us and can translate this well into the HR approach. In her new role as CHRO, I expect her to continue building an organisation where every colleague feels welcome and can develop themselves.’

Lotte explains, ‘I am always looking for ways to execute the business strategy while creating a positive impact for the people in the organisation. I see great opportunities and look forward to working on these in my new role together with the team.’

Before joining Exact, Lotte held various positions at ING, the Dutch multinational banking and financial services company, where she started in 2010.
