Further expansion of Exact leadership team

5 August 2021 – Exact is expanding its leadership team with the appointment of three new senior members. Crissy Burgemeestre has just started as Legal Affairs Director, Rick Molenaar has recently been appointed Technology Director and Annemarije Dérogée is the new Head of Corporate Communications. All three report to a member of the Executive Committee.

Crissy Burgemeestre has just been appointed Legal Affairs Director. Crissy is responsible for legal matters within Exact and oversees the Legal department. In addition, she has been appointed Compliance Officer and Company Secretary. With her extensive experience, including as Head of Legal & Compliance and Risk Manager at Securitas and Wintershall, she will further strengthen the Legal department at Exact. "My objective is for Legal to be able to support the business optimally in its growth objectives and to be an integral part of the company. 'Together' we can achieve great things. Exact's positive energy complements this perfectly."

Rick Molenaar was recently appointed Technology Director for the European Development Centre. "I am passionate about developing beautiful solutions that enable us to truly help our customers, and that we can also be proud of as developers. My focus will be on helping to scale the Exact Online teams and technology, where we will also integrate acquisitions – such as Bouw7 – effectively." Rick has a background in software engineering and previously worked as Head of Engineering at bunq.

Annemarije Dérogée has been appointed Head of Corporate Communications and will lead the corporate communications team, a separate team within the Marketing department. Together with her team, she will further expand the position with a focus on Exact's positioning and reputation. "Through our communication activities with stakeholders, we want them to gain more knowledge about Exact and what we have to offer, thus allowing us to make a positive contribution to our reputation." Before Annemarije joined the Exact team, she held various communication roles at Wolters Kluwer, Coca-Cola and Philips.
