From hour to invoice. Time entry should be as simple as possible for the user. That is why, in addition to the simple matrix hour screen online, we also have mobile applications for Android and iPhone and a desktop application for Windows. Hours can be submitted and approved by a customer, a project manager and finally a line manager. Invoices can be made which can be emailed from ClockWise in PDF with your own invoice layout to a selected contact person of the customer. A customer login system is also available where the client can log in to download his invoices. Project management – ​​everything with hours With the flexible project structure you determine yourself how detailed hours should be written. A project manager can be linked to each project or sub project level. This manager can be given rights to view the project information, to approve or manage the project. Reports can be made about budgeted versus written hours, hours translated into amounts and progress over time. Reports can be opened in different formats. Projects can be scheduled weekly or monthly.
