Realworks

Every day more than 2700 realtors log into Realworks for their relationship management. All relationships, characteristics and projects are fully available and editable from one dashboard. Various modules such as invoicing, telephony and newsletters can be purchased additionally.

The Exact Online connection is made to exchange outgoing invoices from the Invoicing module to the Exact Online administration(s). In addition to the outgoing invoices, customer data in the outgoing invoice is also sent in the link.

At the moment of 'processing' an outbound invoice in Realworks, this information is exchanged with Exact Online. If afterwards the relation details change, this modified information will only be sent to Exact Online again when a new outbound invoice is sent to Exact Online for that relation.
