New appointments Exact leadership group
8 February 2022 – Exact recently expanded its leadership group through the appointment of three new senior members: Bas Graaf as Architecture Director, Tim Nieuwenhout as Support Director and Ward Boehlee as Sales Director Small Business.
Architecture Director
Bas Graaf has been appointed Architecture Director in the Technology organisation. He will be responsible for defining the high-level technical strategy that best supports Exact’s strategy. “With my history in Delft and ERP software, I have been watching Exact for a long time. I think Exact is on a really exciting journey that's going to be full of interesting engineering challenges.” Bas has an extensive background in building software which he gained among other things, during his ten years in various engineering roles at Microsoft in Copenhagen.
Support Director
Tim Nieuwenhout, who started his career in 2012 as Inside Sales Specialist, has grown throughout the years within Exact to a director level and has been appointed Support Director, Tim will be responsible for the churn reduction and our Net Promoter Score (NPS) of our customers. “We do our utmost to make sure that we provide the best service for our customers. We are committed to create a stronger support machine and I’m looking forward to this new step in my career.”
Sales Director
After having different roles within the sales organisation of Exact since 11 years, Ward Boehlee has now been appointed as the Sales Director of Small Business Netherlands. He will be responsible for further growth by building out the small business segment with existing and future portfolio. “I’m really looking forward to jump on this bullet train. It is full of very ambitious people with whom I will be creating even more value for our current and future customers”
